招聘 - 地產 Email A Friend Intellectual Property - Department Head TransAsia specializes in advising foreign companies on their direct investment and business operations in PRC. Areas of practice include IP, IT, telecommunications, media, and employment law. TransAsia provides employees with an exciting and dynamic work environment. We welcome enquires from detail-minded professionals with a strong sense of self-development. We are looking for an individual to heads up our IP department. The appropriate candidate should possess the following: - Strong academic background (Master degree preferred) - Mimimum 6 years' Chinese IP laws practice experience (specializing in applications, licensing and litigation) - Both tradmark and patent agent qualifications - Fluent spken and written Chinese and English - Extensive experience in dealing with international clients An attractive package will be offered to the successful candidate.
