Job Desc:
Na Bob Precision Metal Industry Ltd is a leading of metal stamping manufacturer. To cope with business growth. We seek a high caliber candidate to fill the following positions :
Job Duties:
?Support Project Manager in maintaining and executing Project Management Plan and Schedule for New Sample Development and Mass Production Orders
?Lead Projects from conception to delivery and act as a liaison between the technical and business teams to ensure set goals and milestones are kept
?May act as the primary Customer-facing contact for all project matters including technical design queries, requirement changes and cost, to ensure complete customer satisfaction
?Facilitate rapid resolution of project issues
?Facilitate the clear definition of product specifications
?Assist the product costing and product quotation processes
?Effectively manage Project Plan and resources under tight schedules
?Utilize Process Improvement Metrics (Cost of Quality etc.) to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness and value of technical processes are monitored and continually improved upon
?Act as the focal point for Project information research and sharing among internal and external parties
?Report major Project issues to Project Manager
Job Requirements:
?Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline
?Over 5 years of proven Project Engineering experience including the management and prioritization of multiple simultaneous Engineering projects
?Knowledge of Metal Stamping and Tooling operations will be preferred
?Knowledge of Process Improvement Metrics (Cost of Quality, Cost of Production etc.)
?Excellent project planning and co-ordination skills
?Proven Project Delivery record
?Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
?Ability to build internal and external relationships at all levels
?Excellent analytical, negotiating and troubleshooting skills
?Ability to work well autonomously, as well as part of a team
?Ability to work well under pressure
?Strong IT Skills in MS Office and MS Project, AUTO CAD, PRO-E
?Fluent spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
?Stationed in Dong Guan, China
